Order Processing & Production

Thank you for choosing Imprint Alchemy for your promotional product needs. We understand timing matters for your marketing campaigns and events, so here's what to expect:

Standard Production: Standard production takes 5–10 working days. Depending on the product and imprint method, some orders can take up to 21 working days.

Rush Production: Takes about 1-3 business days and not available on all products -- rush production must be approved and additional charges may apply, please contact us if rush is desired so that we can discuss the possible options.

Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on the carrier and destination and distance between the two points.

Before your order enters production, we will confirm both the expected production timeline and estimated transit time with you. This ensures there are no surprises regarding delivery.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to the Contiguous 48 United States only. At this time, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses. If you need assistance with out-of-area delivery, please contact us—we may be able to accommodate special requests. Please note however that we cannot ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Method & Tracking

Orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx. Please note:

Large or multi-item orders may be divided into multiple packages for faster fulfillment
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships
Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all timelines, occasional delays can occur due to customization complexity (special imprint methods, proofs, etc.), supplier lead times, or carrier disruptions such as weather or peak season demand.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Production Begins: Orders can be cancelled or modified without penalty
During Production: Order cannot be cancelled or changed while in production
